Update On MLB Regular Season Wins Bets At Nitrogen Sports

Nitrogen Sports Announcement

The 2020 MLB season is going to push through after all. After several weeks of back-and-forth discussions between the league’s major stakeholders, it has finally been decided that a 60-game season will be played, beginning on either July 23 or 24.

With this development, Nitrogen Sports would like to reiterate the application of a specific rule that necessitates the cancellation of all prop bets for MLB Regular Season Wins.

Under the General Rules page, you’d find the following rule:

  1. Obviously “bad” lines or odds
Nitrogen Sports reserves the right to cancel any bet that was made on an obviously “bad” line or odd.

The original 2020 MLB regular season lines for all teams were set with the full and traditional 162-game schedule in mind.

But since the schedule is now dramatically reduced to a figure that makes it unfair to use the same original lines as among the basis for grading betslips placed prior to the postponement of the initial start date of the season (March 26, 2020), Nitrogen Sports is now considering all those lines and odds “bad,” hence the cancellation.

All Nitrogen Sports players with such bets are advised to review their wager history.
