Animals pick Super Bowl LIV winner
LeLe the Giant Panda
One of the Memphis Zoo’s main attractions, LeLe the giant panda, thinks the Chiefs will be victorious in Super Bowl 54. When presented with flags from both teams, the giant panda wasted no time. He immediately chose the Chiefs banner and proceeded to wrap himself in Kansas City colors. LeLe was not nearly interested in the 49ers emblem.
Ozzy the Grizzly Bear
ZooMontana is home to one of the best Super Bowl pickers in the world. Ozzy, a 680 pound grizzly bear has a track record. He’s picked six out of seven Super Bowl winners correctly in the past. For Super Bowl LIV, Ozzy has thrown his weight behind the 49ers. The bear was presented with a couple of identical whipped creams and strawberry pies, but his nose led him to San Francisco.
Mote Marine River Otters
Otters are not just adorable living things, they’re also animals who can predict Super Bowl results. Usually the manatees are the stars at the Mote Marine Aquarium in Sarasota, Florida. But with the manatee habitat under construction this year, it was time for the otters to shine. A trio of river otters made Super Bowl predictions this week. Jane the otter went with the Chiefs. But her pals, Pippi and Huck, chose the 49ers, making the aquarium’s official pick the San Francisco 49ers.
Little Rock Zoo Macaws
Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania and their groundhog Phil have nothing on these Arkansas macaws. Isla, a green winged macaw and Calypso, a blue and gold macaw, are set to predict the bite of winter along with the Super Bowl winner on February 2.
