It hasn’t been the ideal start to the season, but the chance to play in front of their home fans, leaves the Wolverines feeling confident. The Wolverines’ offense has shown to be quite active, although mistakes are still part of the course.
The 4-3 defense should work on putting the Badgers’ QB Jack Coan under pressure. Besides this, the return from injury of Jon Runyan Jr. and Donovan Peoples-Jones could really make a difference. Zach Charbonnet’s short-yardage runs could also add to the pressure, but the Badgers’ defense looks strong enough to be able to deal with it.

Wisconsin will be looking forward to playing against one of their biggest rivals. South Florida and Central Michigan have already felt the wrath of a Badgers’ side that looks very strong this season. Jonathan Taylor has been in superb form, as one of the best running backs in the country.
Going against a relatively inexperienced defense, Taylor could once again cause plenty of trouble. But, it is the team’s defense that is the biggest cause for excitement. With this being said, some pundits are quick to suggest that Wisconsin may perhaps have simply not dealt with an opponent strong enough to test them. Regardless, if all works according to plan, the Badgers could create an offset here!
- Michigan is 0-6 ATS in its last 6 games.
- The total has gone OVER in four of Michigan’s last six games.
- Wisconsin is 4-1 ATS in its last 5 games.
- Wisconsin is 16-2 SU in its last 18 games at home.
