What to know about the Georgia Bulldogs (11-2 Overall/7-1 Conference)
Georgia vs. Baylor 2019 NCAAF Allstate Sugar Bowl moneyline odds for the Bulldogs: TBA
Offense: The Bulldogs’ offense has taken a slide this year compared to 2018, when they averaged 37.3 points per game. This season, Georgia has churned out just 28.5 points per outing. Last year, the Bulldogs had two running backs going over the 1,000 rushing yards mark but is now left with one on the form of D’Andre Swift, who will enter the Sugar Bowl with 1,216 rushing yards. Overall, Georgia is 40th in the nation with 183.6 rushing yards per game. The passing game is being taken care of Jake Fromm, who has 2,610 passing yards and 22 touchdowns and five interceptions this year.
Defense: Georgia doesn’t have flashy totals in interceptions or sacks, but the Bulldogs are great in making stops when it matters the most. Georgia is second in the FBS with just 12.1 points per game allowed. They are eighth in stopping third-down conversions and fourth in foiling fourth-down conversions.
Player to watch: George Pickens was suspended for the first half of the SEC title game, which contributed to the Bulldogs’ struggles on offense. Pickens needs to rebound in a big way and be the threat downfield that Fromm needs.
The Bulldogs are 5-5 ATS in their last 10 games.
The total has hit the Under in eight of Georgia’s last 10 games.

What to know about the Baylor Bears (11-2 Overall/8-1 Conference)
Georgia vs. Baylor 2019 NCAAF Allstate Sugar Bowl moneyline odds for the Bears: TBA
Offense: Charlie Brewer, the Bears’ top quarterback, could be in danger of missing the Sugar Bowl after suffering a concussion in the Big 12 title game loss against the Oklahoma Sooners. Brewer was not able to finish that game, leaving Jacob Zeno and Gerry Bohanon splitting the duties under center for Baylor. An absence by Brewer would also mean more job for the Bears’ running backs. The Bears finished conference play fifth in the Big 12 with 174.54 rushing yards per game.
Defense: Although the Bears lost in the Big 12 Championship Game, they managed to give Jalen Hurts and the Sooners a run for their money. Baylor’s defense doesn’t easily fold and it will make opponents feel its wrath before having any form of success. The Bears are 15th in the nation with 19.5 points allowed per game and second overall with 2.4 takeaways per contest.
Player to watch: Brewer’s status is crucial for the Bears, and if he will be forced to sit out the Sugar Bowl, the Bears’ offensive line’s importance will be further highlighted. However, the Bears have allowed the most sacks in the Big 12 this year with 35.0.
The Bears are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games.
The Bears are 5-2 SU in their last seven games as underdogs.
