The 2022 Sony Open in Hawaii is the second leg of the PGA TOUR’s annual two-week trek in the Aloha State, with last week’s Sentry Tournament of Champions in Maui having a slightly bigger purse than that of this week’s event.

Nevertheless, a massive prize pool of $7.5 million is at stake in Honolulu, with the overall winner taking home about $1.35 million. This is quite a significant increase from last year’s purse worth $1.18 million. Last season, Kevin Na took home the 2021 Sony Open in Hawaii title in his 14th trip to the tournament. The last golfer to win back-to-back titles in Honolulu was Jimmy Walker in 2014 and 2015.

Here’s how the $7.5 million prize money for each of the top 10 finishers of the season will be distributed:

Na will be joined by a handful of the PGA TOUR’s other top contenders this week such as Webb Simpson, Hideki Matsuyama, and Cameron Smith to name a few. Create a betting account now to place stakes on your favorite golfers now before the 2022 Sony Open in Hawaii comes to a close.
