To close out their regular-season schedule, the Cards suffered a 38-30 upset loss in Glendale to the Seattle Seahawks. Arizona is fortunate that it had a terrific first half in which they won seven stragiht to start the season.  The Cards fell off in the final 11 weeks, as injuries took a toll on the team. Speaking of which, Arizona won’t have its best offensive weapon for the NFC Wild Card matchup against the Rams, with wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins still on the injured reserve.  Meanwhile, running back James Conner is considered questionable for the Rams game and his availability could be decided on the day on Monday, so that’s one thing to keep an eye close on. Conner rushed for two touchdowns in the Cardinals’ 37-20 win in LA over the Rams back in Week 4, while Kyler Murray completed 24-of-32 passes for 268 yards and a pair of touchdowns. What to know about the Los Angeles Rams Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams betting odds for LA: -4 The Rams also lost their final assignment of the regular season, as they got thwarted by the San Francisco 49ers in a 27-24 overtime loss at home. Still, the Rams had a pretty strong conclusion to the regular season, winning all but one of their six games after Week 12. They also avenged their loss to the Cardinals earlier this season with a 30-23 victory in Glendale in Week 14.  The Rams made sure to keep Murray grounded that time around, as the Cardinals quarterback passed for 383 yards but had zero touchdowns and got picked twice all the while Matthew Stafford was throwing darts on the other end of the field. Stafford went 23-of-30 for 287 passing yards and three touchdowns in that game.  Given the slump of the Cardinals, Stafford and the Rams’ passing game could spell even more trouble for Arizona. Cooper Kupp is almost a lock to wreak havoc downfield against any team, having burned opposing secondaries in the entire regular season.    [dynamic_cta header_upper="BET BITCOIN ON" header_lower="2022 NFL PLAYOFFS" content="Join our 2021 Nitro N[dynamic_cta header_upper="EARN MORE BITCOIN" header_lower="CHOOSE ANY SQUARES CONTEST " content="Don't get left out. They allowed 202 rushing yards to Seattle in Week 18. The Rams are 28-13-1 ATS in their last 42 games versus NFC teams. Both teams are capable of playing like true Super Bowl favorites but have also frustrated their respective fanbases with letdown performances in the regular season. However, it’s the Rams who are in a much better form based on recent performance and also have the advantage of playing at home. Denver Broncos vs. Cleveland Browns 2021 NFL Season Week 7 Betting Odds, Preview, and Prediction

The Denver Broncos and the Cleveland Browns are licking their respective wounds after suffering double-digit losses in Week 6. Both teams are also 3-3 entering Week 7, and a win on Thursday night’s primetime clash will put only one team back on the winning track as we approach the midway point of the 2021 NFL season. Read on for our odds and preview for the Denver Broncos vs. Cleveland Browns Week 7 divisional matchup below. And to be on top of all the developments from the ongoing 2021 NFL season and beyond, head on over to Nitrogen Sports Blog after this. 2021 NFL Season Week 7: Denver Broncos vs. Cleveland Browns preview and odds  Where: FirstEnergy Stadium, Cleveland, OH When: Thursday, October 21, 2021, 8:20 PM ET Odds: Denver Broncos (+3) at Cleveland Browns (-3); total: 42.0 Where to Watch: FOX What to know about the Denver Broncos Denver Broncos vs. Cleveland Browns betting odds for Denver: +3 Neither home-field advantage nor dysfunction in their opponents’ coaching staff was enough to prevent the Denver Broncos from losing their Week 6 game against the Las Vegas Raiders, 34-24. After a 3-0 start, Denver has now lost three straight with the spike in competition over those last three outings proving to be too much for Vic Fangio’s boys from Mile High. The Broncos’ defense allowed just 8.6 points per game in their first three games against the Giants, Jaguars, and Jets. Since then, the Ravens, Steelers, and Raiders have put up an average of 28 points per game. As such, their supposedly stout D must be able to stop a Cleveland offense lacking a good number of its top weapons (more on the Browns’ situation below). Elsewhere, Teddy Bridgewater and the offense also have to rediscover chemistry that was present early into their campaign. Although Bridgewater completed 34 of his 49 pass attempts for 334 passing yards and three touchdowns, he did also throw three costly interceptions and lost a fumble to be held accountable for all four of Denver’s turnovers in Week 6. What to know about the Cleveland Browns Denver Broncos vs. Cleveland Browns betting odds for Cleveland: -3 The Cleveland Browns faced the hottest team in the league in Week 6 and crumbled under pressure, as the Arizona Cardinals spoiled the party in the Dawg Pound by way of a 37-14 win to remain the only undefeated team left in the NFL this season. After a 42-point explosion the week prior in a tight loss to the Chargers, the Browns have now to put up just 14 points for the second time in three games. Baker Mayfield was rendered rather inept, with the former first-overall pick going 19-of-28 for 234 passing yards, two TD passes, and one INT. Mayfield failed to get the passing game going without a running game, as Cleveland mustered up just 73 rushing yards on 19 carries against the Cards. More bad news from the Browns camp comes in the form of the calf injury sustained by running back Kareem Hunt, who’s now expected to miss several weeks. Hunt now joins stud back Nick Chubb (calf as well) on the injury list, eliminating Cleveland’s top two offensive weapons. It’s also unfortunate that the team has to play on a short week, as perhaps Chubb would’ve been more ready to suit up on a Sunday rather than this Thursday’s primetime showdown.   [dynamic_cta header_upper="BET BITCOIN ON" header_lower="2021 NFL SEASON" content="Join our 2021 Nitro NFL Survivor Pool contests right now to win even more bitcoin from the regular season action ahead!" link="https://n2g.io/9a69f70" link_text="BET NOW" new_tab="1"]   Denver Broncos vs. Cleveland Browns betting trends Denver is 3-5 in its last eight road games (4-4 ATS). The point total also went under in five of those eight matches away from the Rockies. Cleveland is 8-3 at home since the start of last season, but just 4-7 against the spread. The team is just 1-8 against the Broncos dating back to the start of the new millennium (2-6-1 ATS). In turn, this Week 7 TNF clash can go either way. Unless either Chubb or Hunt is cleared to play on Thursday, the Broncos might actually have the slight edge to bounce back with a huge road victory. 3 Reasons Why the Buccaneers Will Take Down Dak Prescott and the Cowboys in Week 1 of the 2021 NFL Season

The reigning and defending Super Bowl champions are ready to take on the new NFL season. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are rightfully considered by many as the clear-cut favorites to win their Week 1 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. But what exactly makes the Bucs heavy favorites against the Cowboys and their prolific offense with a returning Dak Prescott under center? Read on as we break down three reasons why the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will defeat the Dallas Cowboys in their Week 1 Thursday Night Football showdown below. And to be on top of all the developments from the NFL offseason and beyond, head on over to Nitrogen Sports Blog after this. TB Stands For Triumphant Bucs There’s no better marriage in the NHL than future Hall-of-Fame quarterback Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Not only do Brady and Tampa Bay share the same initials, but they also won a Lombardi Trophy together in the very first year of TB12’s arrival in Florida. The Buccaneers, who are (-8.0) favorites to win Thursday night’s clash against Dallas, even have the fortune of most of their starters from the 2020 season’s title-winning roster back for another crack at the championship, meaning that stability in an already dominant Bucs roster gives a significant edge to them in the season opener over a Cowboys team that was utterly disappointing last year. No Cause for Quinn-cern Most fans are aware that Tampa Bay’s defense is second-to-none in the NFL. However, how does Dallas’ own D look after some tweaks in the preseason?  [dynamic_cta header_upper="EARN MORE BITCOIN" header_lower="CHOOSE ANY NITRO NFL SQUARES CONTESTS TO JOIN" content="Don't get left out. There's always an available Nitro Squares Contest available to play." link="https://n2g.io/91b1924" link_text="BET NOW" new_tab="1"]  Well, the Cowboys hired former Falcons head coach and defensive guru Dan Quinn as their new defensive coordinator to give head coach Mike McCarthy more control on the offensive side of the ball. However, Quinn’s tenure in Atlanta ended on a rather sour note, with the Falcons’ defense barely able to keep up with the league’s high-flying offenses before he was released.  The Cowboys do not have any elite talents nor proven chemistry on defense, though. This should lead to the Bucs exploiting these weaknesses with their potent passing attack regardless of Quinn’s new defensive schemes that he brought to America’s Team.    [dynamic_cta header_upper="BET BITCOIN ON" header_lower="2021 NFL SEASON" content="Join our 2021 Nitro NFL Survivor Pool contests right now to win even more bitcoin from the regular season action ahead!" link="https://n2g.io/9a69f70" link_text="BET NOW" new_tab="1"]   Sailing Through Favorable Winds (and Wins) The oddsmakers have never been against Brady for most of his decorated career and that has certainly rubbed off on Tampa Bay’s recent success. Last season, including the playoffs, the Buccaneers went a perfect 11-0 in games wherein they were favored to win by no fewer than four points (7-4 ATS).  The Bucs are currently well within the range of making that 12-straight victories are favorites to win by more than a field goal, and the Cowboys are far from the three teams that beat them at Raymond James last season. Those teams were the Chiefs, Rams, and Saints, with each of those standout franchises having made a Conference Championship Game appearance at least once over the past three seasons. 3 Reasons Why the Cowboys Will Upset Tom Brady and the Buccaneers in Week 1 of the 2021 NFL Season

America’s Team will be back under the national spotlight to kick off the 2021 NFL regular season this Thursday night. The Dallas Cowboys are looking to turn their fortunes around this year but will face the reigning Super Bowl champions in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a formidable opponent in their season opener.  Read on as we break down three reasons why the Dallas Cowboys will beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their Week 1 Thursday Night Football showdown below. And to be on top of all the developments from the NFL offseason and beyond, head on over to Nitrogen Sports Blog after this. Dak is Back... Alright! Had it not been for the gruesome injury that Dak Prescott suffered in Week 5 of the previous season, the Dallas Cowboys could probably have easily won the middling NFC East division race. But alas; the football gods had other plans in mind for the former Offensive Rookie of the Year and two-time Pro Bowl selection.  [dynamic_cta header_upper="EARN MORE BITCOIN" header_lower="CHOOSE ANY NITRO NFL SQUARES CONTESTS TO JOIN" content="Don't get left out. There's always an available Nitro Squares Contest available to play." link="https://n2g.io/91b1924" link_text="BET NOW" new_tab="1"]  The Cowboys, who are (+8.0) underdogs to win in Week 1 over the Buccaneers, will surely relish the return of their starting quarterback in hopes of stunning the defending champs. On the other hand, in two career games against Tampa Bay, Prescott has been sacked four times and only has one passing touchdown. The affable gunslinger last faced the Bucs in 2018, though, and has taken huge strides in his development under center since then. Aerial Artillery Aplenty  Similar to the Buccaneers, the Cowboys’ offense is never short on downfield weapons for Prescott to work with once more. Dallas has a three-headed receiving corps made up of Amari Cooper, CeeDee Lamb, and Michale Gallup. These three wideouts are each capable of finishing the season with 1,000-yard campaigns through the air, which could also be said about Tampa Bay’s triad of Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Antonio Brown. But unlike the Bucs, the Cowboys have a stud running back in Ezekiel Elliott who can provide balance as a backfield threat to further complement Dallas’ balanced and talent-filled roster. Having the edge at running back over Tampa Bay’s shared backfield situation between Ronald Jones and Leonard Fournette could end up being the key factor that leads the ‘Boys to an upset.   [dynamic_cta header_upper="BET BITCOIN ON" header_lower="2021 NFL SEASON" content="Join our 2021 Nitro NFL Survivor Pool contests right now to win even more bitcoin from the regular season action ahead!" link="https://n2g.io/9a69f70" link_text="BET NOW" new_tab="1"]   Bucking the Trends Against the Bucs  Let’s not forget that the Buccaneers attained huge success just the previous season when Brady came to the Sunshine State. Prior to TB12’s arrival in Tampa Bay, though, the Cowboys have pretty much dominated the Bucs in the regular season. Dallas has won seven of their last eight meetings against Tampa Bay dating back to 2006 (4-3-1 against the spread) and has a 15-4 lifetime record against the relatively young Floridian franchise. The Cowboys shouldn’t draw too heavily from their past glories, though, as all three of their most recent wins over the Bucs were each decided by seven points or less. New Orleans Saints vs. Baltimore Ravens 2021 NFL Preseason Week 1 Betting Odds, Preview, and Prediction

Two playoff contenders from the 2020 NFL season will be entering the new campaign with issues of varying degrees at quarterback, as the New Orleans Saints visit the Baltimore Ravens for their first game of the preseason. Which team will make a better first impression this Saturday night?   Read on for our odds and preview for the New Orleans Saints vs. Baltimore Ravens Week 1 preseason game below. And to be on top of all the developments from the NFL offseason and beyond, head on over to Nitrogen Sports Blog after this. 2021 NFL Preseason Week 1: New Orleans Saints vs. Baltimore Ravens preview and odds  Where: M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, MD When: Saturday, August 14, 2021, 7:00 PM ET Odds: New Orleans Saints (+2.5) at Baltimore Ravens (-2.5); total: 36.5 What to know about the New Orleans Saints New Orleans Saints vs. Baltimore Ravens betting odds for New Orleans: +2.5 The New Orleans Saints will enter a new era this 2021 NFL season following the retirement of future Hall of Fame quarterback Drew Brees, which puts quite a damper on their chances of reaching the Super Bowl for the first time since winning it all in 2010. Head coach Sean Payton will get a better glimpse at which of his two quarterbacks will assume Brees’ starting role this Saturday. Many believe that former first-overall pick Jameis Winston will get the job, but BYU’s Taysom Hill did show flashes of brilliance as well when he started in several games for Brees last season. The Saints didn’t make any big splashes in the offseason, which means their rookies have to step up and fill in some big shoes following the departures of several key players in the offseason. New Orleans drafted took defensive players in each of their first three picks in this year’s NFL Draft, meaning we’ll see what the likes of Payton Turner, Pete Werner, and Paulson Adebo are made of. What to know about the Baltimore Ravens New Orleans Saints vs. Baltimore Ravens betting odds for Baltimore: -2.5 The Baltimore Ravens are thanking their lucky stars that former league MVP Lamar Jackson’s recent bout with COVID-19 wasn’t serious. Jackson practiced with the team for the first time earlier this week, which is great news for the Ravens. On the other hand, they’ll likely keep Lamar off the field this Saturday for precautionary reasons, leaving the QB duties to either Trace McSorley or Tyler Huntley.  Unfortunately, the Ravens’ first-round pick from April’s draft, wide receiver Rashod Bateman, suffered a groin injury in practice this week. Bateman’s absence in Saturday’s preseason opener is a cause for concern for John Harbaugh’s crew, as Marquise Brown is also questionable to play due to a hamstring issue. All things considered, though, Baltimore’s vaunted defense should still be able to contain a Saints offense that’s still in the healing process following Brees’ retirement.    [dynamic_cta header_upper="BET BITCOIN ON" header_lower="2021 NFL SEASON" content="Join our 2021 Nitro NFL Survivor Pool contests right now to win even more bitcoin from the regular season action ahead!" link="https://n2g.io/c110642" link_text="BET NOW" new_tab="1"]   New Orleans Saints vs. Baltimore Ravens betting trends New Orleans is undefeated in its last five preseason games on the road (4-1 ATS). The point total went under in the last two of those contests. Baltimore, meanwhile, is a perfect 9-0 at home in the preseason since 2016 (8-1 ATS). Each of the team’s last four wins during this stretch were double-digit victories. New York Jets vs. New York Giants 2021 NFL Preseason Week 1 Betting Odds, Preview, and Prediction

Saturday’s preseason contest between the Jets and Giants of New York has more than just bragging rights for the divided Big Apple franchises. The Jets will finally put rookie quarterback Zach Wilson to the test on the NFL gridiron, while the Giants are also wanting to learn more about their reserves considering a couple of key injuries on offense.  Read on for our odds and preview for the New York Jets vs. New York Giants Week 1 preseason game below. And to be on top of all the developments from the NFL offseason and beyond, head on over to Nitrogen Sports Blog after this. 2021 NFL Preseason Week 1: New York Jets vs. New York Giants preview and odds  Where: MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, NJ When: Saturday, August 14, 2021, 7:30 PM ET Odds: New York Jets (-1) at New York Giants (+1); total: 35.5 What to know about the New York Jets New York Jets vs. New York Giants betting odds for the Jets: -1 The dawn of better things to come has arrived for the New York Jets, who are looking to bounce back after the utterly disappointing stint of maligned head coach Adam Gase. Former 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh is now running the Gang Green ship and has a ton of young, promising talent at his disposal that were mostly attained in this year’s NFL Draft. The most prominent name of them all is obviously BYU quarterback and second-overall pick Zach Wilson, who draws comparisons as the second coming of Aaron Rodgers or Patrick Mahomes. With Saleh’s defensive acumen, it stood to reason that New York made a ton of effort to improve its league-worst offense in the draft. Apart from Wilson, the Jets will also get a first-hand look at rookies Alijah Tucker-Vera on the O-line and running back Michael Carter, who was selected in the fourth round as a fresh burst of running power out of the team’s lackluster backfield situation.   What to know about the New York Giants New York Jets vs. New York Giants betting odds for the Giants: +1 2021 will be a make-or-break season for Daniel Jones and the New York Giants, who took a shot at the Duke quarterback in 2019 to rather middling results. Jones has been prone to turnovers in his first two seasons in the league and many expect him to go through the same troubles given how New York failed to address the offensive line at this year’s draft. On the bright side, a new downfield threat joins the team in First-Team All-SEC wideout Kadarius Toney out of Florida. What the G-Men would’ve liked to happen even more this weekend, however, is to see stud running back Saquon Barkley back on the field. Unfortunately, Barkley will join top free-agent signing Kenny Golladay on the sidelines in the preseason opener, as both players are still dealing with their respective injuries. Nevertheless, Jones should have more than enough reps with Toney to get themselves more acquainted with the Giants’ revamped passing attack.   [dynamic_cta header_upper="BET BITCOIN ON" header_lower="2021 NFL SEASON" content="Join our 2021 Nitro NFL Survivor Pool contests right now to win even more bitcoin from the regular season action ahead!" link="https://n2g.io/c110642" link_text="BET NOW" new_tab="1"]   New York Jets vs. New York Giants betting trends The Jets went 2-2 in the preseason last year (SU/ATS). The point total went under in three of those games.  The Giants are 4-0 in their last few annual preseason meetings against the Jets (3-1 ATS). They are 8-2 in their last 10 preseason games in general (7-3 ATS). Where to make New York Jets vs. New York Giants picks New York Jets vs. New York Giants odds are available at Nitrogen Sports. The Best Weeks to Pick the Buffalo Bills in 2021 NFL Survivor Pools

The Buffalo Bills made huge strides during their 2020 campaign and are expected to be one of the elite teams from the AFC entering the 2021 NFL season. While the Bills can easily be picked to win most of their regular-season games ahead, there are more factors to consider before making them a one-time lock for NFL survivor contests. Read on as we list the three best possible weeks to pick the Buffalo Bills for the 2021 NFL season’s survivor pool contests. And to be on top of all the developments from the NFL offseason and beyond, head on over to Nitrogen Sports Blog after this. Week 4 - Buffalo Bills vs. Houston Texans There are a few ways to utilize powerhouse teams from the offseason such as Buffalo. One such way is to buy in on the team early while the going is still good, and the best time for that strategy is in Week 4 against Houston. The Texans are widely regarded as the worst team in the NFL which the Bills can easily feast upon. This move holds even more weight should the Bills get off to a 3-0 start in their first three winnable games against Pittsburgh, Miami, and Washington.    [dynamic_cta header_upper="GRAB A SHARE" header_lower="OF THE 2.28 BTC TOTAL PRIZE" content="Over ~$90,000 are up for grabs across all Nitrogen Sports 2021 NFL Survivor Pools. What are you waiting for?" link="https://n2g.io/c110642" link_text="JOIN NOW" new_tab="1"]   Week 8 - Buffalo Bills vs. Miami Dolphins Speaking of the Dolphins, the Bills face their division rivals for the second time in 2021 right after their Week 7 bye. The one-week rest period coupled with the series moving to Buffalo should give Josh Allen and Co. a significant edge in the season rematch. In addition, there’s a possibility that the Fins could pull off a Week 2 upset against the Bills. This should give the defending AFC East champions even more motivation to avenge that loss whilst also giving survivor players more time to assess the Bills’ performance at the mid-way point of the regular season. Week 18 - Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets If survivors can hold off until the very end before picking the Bills, they’ll certainly be rewarded with a season finale showdown against the worst team from the division in the New York Jets. If offseason projections are indeed correct, this match against Gang Green should be an easy W for Buffalo. Then again, this play will only work if one has restraint in picking the Bills before the final week of regular-season action and if the team does live up to its high expectations as a high-seeded playoff entry for the second straight year. The Best Weeks to Pick the Detroit Lions in 2021 NFL Survivor Pools

Two-and-a-half seasons of mediocrity under head coach Matt Patricia have definitely hampered the Detroit Lions’ development. Although the Lions got a fresh start this 2021 with Dan Campbell at the helm and new starting quarterback Jared Goff, finding winnable survivor matchups will be hard to come by this season as the boys from the Motor City are in the midst of a rebuild like a good number of other teams in the league. Read on as we list the three best possible weeks to pick the Detroit Lions for the 2021 NFL season’s survivor pool contests. Week 4 - Detroit Lions at Chicago Bears Sadly for the Lions, their first three games of the 2021 regular season are all brutal, with dates against the Niners, Packers, and Ravens to kick off their journey. But when Week 4 rolls around, they’re in a more favorable position to win in a road trip to Soldier Field against the Bears. There’s no denying that the NFC North is a tough place to be in and that the Lions are a cut below the rest of the division. However, Chicago did lose at home to Detroit last season by four points and have just as many question marks on offense as the Lions heading into the new season. A similarly slow start by the Bears certainly makes this matchup more appealing for Detroit’s backers. Week 6 - Detroit Lions vs. Cincinnati Bengals A catfight in Ford Field is on tap in Week 6 as the Bengals pay a visit to the Motor City, and perhaps this match against another struggling Midwest franchise will spark an inspired run out of the Lions. At this point in the season, Jared Goff should be more acquainted with his team’s offensive schemes and his downfield threats (however lacking those receiving weapons might be). Although, the same could be said about Cincy’s Joe Burrow, who’s the more mobile and versatile QB between the two. Nevertheless, this matchup alone warrants survivor consideration if the Bengals are off to a worse start than the Lions.      [dynamic_cta header_upper="BET BITCOIN ON" header_lower="2021 NFL SEASON" content="Join our 2021 Nitro NFL Survivor Pool contests right now to win even more bitcoin from the regular season action ahead!" link="https://n2g.io/c110642" link_text="BET NOW" new_tab="1"]   Week 8 - Detroit Lions vs. Philadelphia Eagles Another rebuilder-versus-rebuilder matchup heads to us in Week 8 when the Lions travel to Philly to take on the Eagles, who are not without their own problems after having just blown up their Super Bowl-winning core from 2017. Since 2012, Detroit is 4-1 against Philadelphia and a respectable 4-3 against the NFC East over the last four seasons. The Lions are only slated to face one team from the Eagles’ division this season, but at least it’s also against what many believe is the worst team out of the middling NFC East at that.  Join Our 2021 NFL Nitro Survivor Pool Contests With over 2.28 BTC (~$90,000) in total prizes, our 2021 Nitro NFL Survivor Pool contests this 2021 NFL season is our biggest offering to date. Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Philadelphia Eagles 2021 NFL Preseason Week 1 Betting Odds, Preview, and Prediction

There’ll be plenty of love (and competitive contempt) in the City of Brotherly Love this Thursday night, as live football action returns this week for Week 1 of the 2021 NFL preseason. The Pittsburgh Steelers are hot off a win over the Dallas Cowboys in last Thursday’s Hall of Fame Game in Canton, while we’ll get a first look at a revamped Eagles team no longer without the Super Bowl-winning pairing of Doug Pederson and Carson Wentz. Read on for our odds and preview for the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Philadelphia Eagles Week 1 preseason game below. And to be on top of all the developments from the NFL offseason and beyond, head on over to Nitrogen Sports Blog after this. 2021 NFL Preseason Week 1: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Philadelphia Eagles preview and odds  Where: Lincoln Financial Field, PA When: Thursday, August 13, 2021, 7:30 PM ET Odds: Pittsburgh Steelers (+1) at Philadelphia Eagles (-1); total: 34.5 What to know about the Pittsburgh Steelers Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Philadelphia Eagles betting odds for Pittsburgh: +1 The Pittsburgh Steelers’ reserves came out on top of last Thursday’s Hall of Fame Game in Canton against the Dallas Cowboys, with a final score of 16-3. 39-year-old quarterback and future Hall-of-Famer Ben Roethlisberger did not play in Pittsburgh’s first preseason game of 2021, but his backups in Mason Rudolph, Dwayne Haskins, and Joshua Dobbs shared time under center with decent results. Second-year wideout Chase Claypool looked terrific, hauling in three catches for 62 receiving yards. While the Steelers’ defense still looks up to par from last year’s shutdown campaign, having Claypool emerge as a viable threat in the passing attack alongside JuJu Smith-Schuster is integral to the team’s hopes of making a deeper postseason run. The tandem of rookie running back Najee Harris and Kalen Ballage appears to be a good backfield double-threat in place of departed running back James Conner (Cardinals), with the two combining for 41 rushing yards and a touchdown in the win over Dallas. What to know about the Philadelphia Eagles Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Philadelphia Eagles betting odds for Philadelphia: -1 Elsewhere in Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia Eagles are trying to answer the question of whether or not Jalen Hurts is their real quarterback of the future. Hurts displayed flashes of brilliance during his limited starts in his rookie year and he’ll get a chance to prove naysayers wrong with a superb showing in this Thursday’s clash against neighboring Pittsburgh. The 2019 Heisman runner-up did not start in last season’s Week 5 loss to the Steelers and needs to show that he’s the right man for the job, especially with rumors surrounding a possible trade for Texans QB Deshaun Watson bubbling up in Philly’s front office. The Eagles’ passing attack will certainly have an uphill battle this Thursday against a vaunted Steelers secondary that finished in the top five of a handful of defensive statistical categories. What's worse is that top rookie wideout and reigning Heisman Trophy winner Devonta Smith will not be making his first NFL snap this week due to a minor knee injury that Smith suffered in training camp.   [dynamic_cta header_upper="BET BITCOIN ON" header_lower="2021 NFL SEASON" content="Join our 2021 Nitro NFL Survivor Pool contests right now. The point total went under in three of the last four of those matches. Philadelphia, meanwhile, is 2-6 in the preseason during the same timeframe (SU/ATS). The team is 7-3 in its last 10 home preseason games (SU/ATS), but those three losses came in the last four homestands.  Where to make Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Philadelphia Eagles picks Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Philadelphia Eagles odds are available at Nitrogen Sports. Then again, they make take matters more lightly having just seen most of their roster in action recently, which now leaves the door open for the Eagles to swoop in for the win. The Best Weeks to Pick the Chicago Bears in 2021 NFL Survivor Pools

The Justin Field era has begun in the Windy City, as the Chicago Bears look to finish the 2021 season with a winning record after back-to-back 8-8 campaigns. With many questions surrounding the team’s offense, just when exactly can survivor players expect a win from the Bears out of their 17 regular-season matchups this year? Read on as we list the three best possible weeks to pick the Chicago Bears for the 2021 NFL season’s survivor pool contests. And to be on top of all the developments from the NFL offseason and beyond, head on over to Nitrogen Sports Blog after this. Week 2 - Chicago Bears vs. Cincinnati Bengals Considering that Chicago could be a middle-of-the-road team, it would be wise to pinpoint the winnable matchups either early in the 2021 regular season or towards the end of the campaign.  The Bears’ home opener in Week 2 is a perfect time to get them out of their way as a survivor lock given that their first opponent at home is lowly and eternally rebuilding Cincinnati. The Bengals only have one win in their last 21 road games. And even though that win happened at the end of last season, it was merely against an even more troubled franchise in the Houston Texans. Week 4 - Chicago Bears vs. Detroit Lions Road games against the Rams and the Browns in Weeks 1 and 3, respectively, are not what the Bears want to get the first quarter of their season off on the right foot. However, the Lions do pay a visit to Soldier Field in Week 4, which should offset those couple of tougher road matches. Chicago is 5-1 in its last six divisional meetings against Detroit since the 2018 season. Although, the boys from the Motor City do have a new signal-caller at the helm in former NFC Championship Game-winning quarterback Jared Goff, who could have the Lions off to a sizzling start himself. As such, be wary of this suggestion if Detroit is off to a shocking 3-0 start to the season.   [dynamic_cta header_upper="BET BITCOIN ON" header_lower="2021 NFL SEASON" content="All the latest odds and lines for Super Bowl 56 Futures Odds are now available at Nitrogen Sports." link="https://n2g.io/91b1924" link_text="BET NOW" new_tab="1"]   Week 17 - Chicago Bears vs. New York Giants If the Bears are in the thick of a playoff spot come Week 17, they’re a very enticing survivor lock in their scheduled matchup that week against the rather confounding Giants organization. If typical preseason projections do pan out, Chicago will still be in the postseason bubble and New York would likely be eliminated from contention already. In turn, a desperate Bears squad will have the edge over the G-Men with basically nothing left to fight for but pride. By the way, Da Bears are 3-0 against the Giants in Soldier Field dating back to 2013.
